Outer Gods exist outside of known reality.
They are tears in the fabric of existence itself.
On rare occasions, one of these tears releases an extremely rare soul that cannot otherwise be found in any world.
Outer Gods are not perceived as celestial bodies like the known gods. They are not worlds or moons. They are absences — ruptures where reality fails.
